September 20th Reykjavik, Iceland: Nexus and Cosplay Iceland today proudly announced Iceland’s first all-inclusive fan convention, Midgard, which will cover video games, books, comics, table top games, board games, cosplay, and artists and other subjects.
Midgard 2018 will be held September 15th and 16th 2018, at Laugardalshöll in Reykjavik, Iceland.
The event will be packed with panels, workshops, vendors, artists and exhibitors, and will run for 2 days.
Midgard 2018 will be host to multiple tournaments and competitions, such as the Icelandic Cosplay Championship, the Nordic Cosplay Championship preliminaries, Warhammer 40k tournaments, X-wing Tournaments, Board game competitions, and much more.
With a combined convention and event experience of over 30 years, consisting of members from Nexus, Cosplay Iceland, and the Nordic cosplay championship team Iceland, our team is dedicated to offering a welcoming and safe home to fans of all genres.

Fyrsta íslenska almenna geira ráðstefnan tilkynnt.
20 September, Reykjavík, Iceland: Nexus og Cosplay Iceland tilkynna með stolti fyrstu almenna geira ráðstefnu Íslands, Midgard, sem mun snúast um tölvuleiki, bækur, myndasögur, herkænskuleiki, borðspil, búninga, listamenn og margt fleira.
Midgard 2018 verður haldin 15. Og 16. September 2018 í Laugardalshöllinni í Reykjavík, Íslandi.
Viðburðurinn verður uppfullur af fyrirlestrum, vinnustofum, sölubásum, listamannabásum, sýningabásum og mun viðburðurinn standa yfir í 2 daga.
Midgard 2018 mun sjá um að halda ýmis mót og keppnir, þar á meðal; the Icelandic Cosplay Championship (íslenska búningakeppni), Nordic Cosplay Championship forkeppni, Warhammer 40K mót, X-Wing mót, borðspila keppnir og margt fleira.
Með 30 ára samanlagða reynslu af ráðstefnum og viðburðum, samansettur af starfsmönnum Nexus, Cosplay Iceland og meðlimum úr liði Íslands í Nordic Cosplay Championshop, er hópurinn staðráðinn í að bjóða uppá öruggt umhverfi fyrir alla sem eru áhugsamir og taka vel á móti þeim.
